This policy explains what Fenix Travels & Tourisms collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written to satisfy the GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and to be readable.

We collect what a booking requires and nothing beyond it: your name, contact details, travel dates, and where a journey involves treatment, the medical information the physician or clinic needs.

Passport numbers and payment details are encrypted at rest. We never see your full card number; it goes directly to the payment provider.

Analytics are loaded only after you consent to them. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.
