Terms of Booking

These terms apply to every booking made with Fenix Travels & Tourisms.

A booking is confirmed when the deposit is received and we have issued a reference. Prices are held in Indian rupees and displayed in your chosen currency at the rate shown at the time of booking.

The balance is due thirty days before departure. We will remind you at forty-five, thirty-five and thirty-one days.

Where a journey includes medical or dental treatment, the treating clinic is responsible for clinical decisions. We arrange, coordinate and advocate; we do not practise.
